With the old seal out, push the new seal into the gasket groove starting from the top centre of frame. 3. Continue working all the way around back to the top centre of the frame. 4. Care must be taken at each corner of the frame to ensure that that the seal properly locates. 5. Never stretch the gasket while fitting or it will pull back leaving a gap over time. Tips: Measure around the unit and add approximately 6cm to the length required before cutting the gasket to avoid cutting too short. For best weather performance when fitting, start in the middle at the top of the door/window so the seal is in one continuous piece at the bottom where most water/draught penetration occurs.
